Occupational therapy helps you participate in the everyday activities, routines, and roles that matter most to you. At Born to Thrive Therapy, we look at the whole person, not just a diagnosis. To help you feel more confident, capable, and supported in daily life

We work with women through all walks of life with specialized experience in navigating pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health concerns, and the everyday demands of motherhood.

Born to Thrive Therapy offers in-home visits throughout New Carlisle and surrounding communities, as well as telehealth appointments when appropriate.

A referral is not currently required to contact Born to Thrive Therapy and discuss services. We welcome women to reach out directly to see if occupational therapy may be a good fit for their needs. Referrals from physicians, midwives, therapists, and other healthcare providers are always welcome, and we are happy to collaborate with your care team

Born to Thrive Therapy is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. We are currently in the process of credentialing with several major insurance plans and will update our website as those contracts become active.

A superbill is a detailed receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Superbills are available upon request. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

Your first visit is focused on you. We'll talk about your concerns, daily routines, goals, and the things you want to be able to do more comfortably and confidently.

We'll work together to identify what's getting in the way and create a personalized plan that fits your life.

Occupational therapy can address the functional impact of pelvic health concerns, including how symptoms affect daily activities, routines, self-care, work, sleep, exercise, intimacy, and participation in life.

When specialized pelvic floor therapy is indicated, we can and will adress it!
